All Yoga classes offered by Yoga-Well-Being are therapeutic in nature. They will focus on your specific body needs and work on healing you, where the physical therapists and the doctors treatment stopped working.
The recommendation below succinctly describes what you can expect: If you want an experienced, caring and extremely knowledgeable Yoga instructor, you want to work with Sipra. She personalizes each session to focus on the needs of each individual. In my case, I have problems in my lower back and tightness between my shoulders. Each session she provides a different combination of poses or stretches to work on these areas. I have found that Yoga has helped me immensely, more so than my medical doctor, chiropractor or physical therapist. I think of my sessions with Sipra as a mix of physical therapy and personal trainer wrapped into one excellent experience. Kathy
